We got home in the rain, of course. Kevin went up to look at the river as the main pond, where the fish are, was looking awfully muddy. Even muddier than usual. He checked the sediment ponds (first ponds that merely collect the sediment to allow clear, clean water to run to the fish ponds). He came back and said the sediment had accumulated so much that there was no filtration whatsoever. I'm tired and ready for bed at 7:30 pm, but he's up, checking, trying to figure out what to do. I'm sure he'll be up most of the night keeping watch.
