 We had another group of volunteers come visit today. They were lucky to see a Quetzal, too! There were a few people from our old neighbourhood (in Burlington, Ontario), which was very cool. One guy's brother goes to the same high school as our son, Jude. Small world!  One of the young ladies in the volunteer group is Angela and she is originally from China. She moved to Canada when she was 16 years old (she's now 21). On her OWN. No family. No friends. She wanted a good life, a better life, and followed her dream. She ended up in Toronto and has made her dreams come true. And she said we inspired her... pfff... quite frankly, it's the other way around!
