![]() We welcomed the bank manager, Juan, and his wife, Carmen, his son, SImon, and his daughter, Victoria today for some lunch. Simon was doing all the catching and did a great job. He caught three big fish on the first try. He didn't lose any off the hook. I took about 10 pictures, but the fish kept turning around and of all the pictures I took, there wasn't one in the bunch where it showed the full fish. Pfff! Anyway, you get the idea. Both Simon and Victoria were really affable teenagers. They seemed really interested in the property... they were intelligent, easy going with a good sense of humour. ![]() We bar-b-qued the trout as we usually do. I served potato salad, a green salad and ceviche. The trout are so big now, we decided to divide one fish for two people. That was definitely enough! We got lucky... we only had some misty rain today, which was a relief, but it was cooler than usual... only 19°C/64°F. We ate inside and had a nice fire going in the fireplace, which felt cozy after being outside showing them the property.
