Hablo español!

Today, I started my first official private Spanish lesson. I have arranged to have a friend, Sonia, from Copey teach me Spanish every Tuesday morning. I'm communicating pretty well, but I look forward to improving and being able to speak fluently with my friends and neighbours. Oh, and I can't wait to answer the phone and actually understand what the person on the other end of the line is saying. That is, without a doubt, the hardest for me. I can't use my hands and mime my way out of a situation. I hope these private lessons will accelerate the learning process and allow me to reach a new plateau. I'm crossing my fingers.
