Then as soon as we got home, we wrapped the Star Wars figure we had bought in San Jose and headed to Thomas' birthday party. He turned 5 years old yesterday. I guess I missed where it said that it was a costume party because when we showed up everyone was dressed up as if it were Hallowe'en. Costa Ricans don't celebrate Hallowe'en, so I'm not sure where they all got their costumes, but Kevin and I felt like duds for not participating. We sat with Adriana and Diana and had some food. We excused ourselves half-way through to go to Copey and get on the internet, but we'll be going back for cake... hey, we have our priorities straight! It's 3:30 pm and no rain at all today. This is highly unusual, but we're not complaining.
