Well, it's March 1st and we've been officially opened 8 weeks now. And I can honestly say it's been amazing. We've had several bookings and the feedback has been really positive, which is so encouraging. And our guests have all had very helpful hints and suggestions that we've already implemented. We're learning along the way... from timing the dinners properly so everything comes out at once to getting the housekeeping chores organized and done in an orderly fashion. We've found shortcuts like apprentices honing their craft and we're starting to feel like a well-oiled machine. And our rhythm as a team is definitely getting smoother. Kevin gives the guests a tour of our property and they seem to hang on his every word. They're always full of questions, which Kevin is finding easier to answer with every walkabout. This is a work in progress, like everything in life, and as long as we keep moving forward, then we're moving in the right direction. We've been so lucky, too. Our guests have all been, so far, wonderful and that surely helps with our enjoyment of the process. I've decided to only attract the good guests and leave the headaches to others... I'm a little greedy that way :)
