An hour later, Kevin and I picked up Martin, Clara and Nacho and drove down to San Gerardo for lunch. We wanted to thank them for all their hard work and all their help since we arrived. They are such great people and we are incredibly blessed to have them as our new friends. The drive was beautiful. We were all inspired by Trogon Lodge, which made us think about ideas for Hush Valley Lodge. Clara was keen on all the plants and we talked of ways to attract more birds to the property. Nacho and Kevin were looking at structures and possible ways to build decks and pergolas with the resources we have on the property. Martin, who is very reserved and doesn't show a lot of emotion, was visibly impressed with the entire outing. It was a great day.
