It's all in the family!

We got a call tonight from Kevin's mum, Mary. She said that she and Kevin's sister, Karen, are planning a visit! Yay! When I asked when, she replied February 19th. WOW! They don't mess about, do they? Mary will fly to Canada and spend some time there before flying down here with Karen. They still have to confirm their flights and such, but if everything works out, they'll be with us for 6 days. It's not a very long time, but it will give them a taste of our new life here in Rio Blanco. There won't be any time to do much sightseeing around the country, but I expect they will come again if this trip goes well and they like it. My mum in January, Kevin's mum and sister in February and then our kids come in March.... so exciting!

Dave and Krista are a couple from the Pacific Northwest that led overwhelmingly busy lives.
As her son Hayden was graduating high school, and daughter Korynn wrapping up college, they realized it was time to slow down. Life was going far too fast . They wanted to take the time to enjoy stress free living with their eight year old son Quinn.
Having visited Hush Valley Lodge as guests in January of 2016, they decided this would be the exact change they needed.
In the pursuit of happiness, they partnered with Jo, Peter, Molly, Gary and Dan to make this dream a reality, and are currently the stewards of the magic that is Hush Valley Lodge.
