We've updated the 'Meals' page under our Services tab. We've created a menu so people know what we have to offer during their stay. We also explain our food philosophy just so our guests are clear on what they can expect. It also helps us feel comfortable with what we'll be serving, feeling good that we can make all these meals well and know from experience that our previous guests have enjoyed them. This takes the pressure off a bit. We don't have to wonder if our guests will like this or that. Everyone has an opportunity to communicate with us to discuss their dietary requirements. If we feel comfortable that we can accommodate them, then we can feel prepared for their arrival. If we feel we're not equipped to accommodate their special needs, then we can be honest and let them decide how they want to proceed. Maybe they'll decide to buy their own food. The guesthouse has a nice little kitchen where they can make their own meals. There's always a solution.
