Our new fishing rods

Okay, when we were in Canada, before we moved here, we decided to shop around and buy some nice fishing rods, which we did. Since being opened for business, two of our rods have been broken. So, we have now moved to plan B. Kevin made these homemade sticks with fishing lines and hooks attached. We throw the line in and twirl the line around the stick. Very basic, but it works like a charm!

As her son Hayden was graduating high school, and daughter Korynn wrapping up college, they realized it was time to slow down. Life was going far too fast . They wanted to take the time to enjoy stress free living with their eight year old son Quinn.
