Real estate #2

Sitting here at work, with a bad cold. However, I just got a call from Kevin telling me that the second agent (and friend) came by to assess our house. The last time she saw it, there was still a lot of work to be done. She was pleased with the final result. So, she’s going to get back to us today with what she thinks we should list at. Then minutes later, Kevin calls me to say that the agent from yesterday just called and she has a client who wants to come see the house on Friday! The plot thickens. I’m on pins and needles! I have to say, it’s a bit distracting to my workday… hard to concentrate now. What a rollercoaster ride this is. It’s all good!
