So, we bought our first items of clothing since leaving Canada. Wait for it... Kevin and I bought some... socks! We are nearing our 11th month of being here and so far all we've needed to replenish are our socks. Not bad. We have suitcases full of clothes so if we need to go shopping, we simply go upstairs in the loft and look in our stash of clothing, which we've done rarely. The rubber boots we wear, however, are particularly hard on our socks and both Kevin and I have worn them out with huge hole in the heels. We decided to splurge and replace them. A whopping $6 was spent between the two of us. We are what you call the last of the big spenders!
The bigger bucks were spent on replacing our four tires on the SUV... ouch!
