Sunday drive to Puriscal

We set out early this morning to drive approximately 87 kms to visit the Seattle WA couple, Sally and John. It took us approximately two hours along a windy paved road. The boys from Top Gear would love this road! They should come visit and see how their super cars manage through all the twists and turns of the Costa Rican mountainside. If they do choose to come, they are welcome to stay at Hush Valley Lodge. Hey, I'm not proud, any reason to plug our place is a good reason in my books But I digress. We reached Sally and John and we toured their n beautiful house, the gorgeous view and Sally's amazing gardens. We were also treated to some homemade vegetarian lasagna with organic vegetables from their garden. It was mucho delicious!! And it was lovely to finally meet in person after so many months of emailing one another.

Dave and Krista are a couple from the Pacific Northwest that led overwhelmingly busy lives.
As her son Hayden was graduating high school, and daughter Korynn wrapping up college, they realized it was time to slow down. Life was going far too fast . They wanted to take the time to enjoy stress free living with their eight year old son Quinn.
Having visited Hush Valley Lodge as guests in January of 2016, they decided this would be the exact change they needed.
In the pursuit of happiness, they partnered with Jo, Peter, Molly, Gary and Dan to make this dream a reality, and are currently the stewards of the magic that is Hush Valley Lodge.
