Well, for our 11th month anniversary (can't believe it's been 11 months today we've been in Costa Rica!), Kevin presented me with the ATV transformation! (For those of you who might be starting to read my blog, we had a fire in the carport back in April). And the right side of our ATV suffered a lot of damage. We ordered the parts from Bombardier (a Canadian company located in Quebec, go figure!) and the parts finally arrived last week. Kevin spent two days stripping the ATV bare, and then rebuilding it (without a manual to follow, I might add). It looks better than what it looked like before the fire. It's all sparkly and new. It's not 100% perfect (there a few things, although damaged, not damaged enough, so we didn't bother replacing them), but pretty darn close. This is Kevin's first time at doing this sort of thing so he saw it as a challenge... and my Kevin won't back down from a challenge, that's for sure. I, on the other hand, wouldn't know where to begin. I would immediately see it as too complicated and over my head, so I wouldn't even try. Besides, anything electrical freaks me out a bit. Needless to say, I'm happy to have Kevin on my team.
