Tonight's dinner for our guests who are staying at our lodge: organic salad with vegetables from our garden garnished with edible California Poppies served with mustard vinaigrette, penne in tomato basil sauce with grated Parmesan on the side, homemade bread with freshly churned butter... and lovely moist banana bread for dessert.
