Watercress anyone?

While we've been busy with other projects, the watercress in the canals has been busy growing with wild abandon! My mother-in-law would be so impressed... she loves watercress sandwiches and has to pay a fair bit in England for it... whereas we have more than we know what to do with. We have so much that we are just adding it to our compost. I know, such a shame.

Kevin spent some time today clearing the canals to let the water flow down.

Voilà! Nice clean canal... another good job done!
